  The new rarities today were two Black Storks at Parkgate Marsh in Cheshire, and White-rumped Sandpipers at Frampton Marsh RSPB in Lincolnshire and Drift Reservoir in Cornwall.

Continuing rarities included a Bonaparte's Gull and White-rumped Sandpiper in Kent, a White-rumped Sandpiper in Norfolk, a Hudsonian Godwit at Cattawade on the Suffolk/Essex border, a Long-tailed Shrike on the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border, a Semipalmated Sandpiper in Orkney, a Lesser Scaup in Fife, and White-winged Scoters in Lothian.
