  Todays new megas came in the form of a dark morph Eleonora's Falcon in flight over Dersingham Bog NNR in Norfolk, and a Elegant Tern at Lob Island in County Galway.

The new rarities today included a Bonaparte's Gull at Seaton Marshes in Devon, a Pallid Harrier in flight at Sharpness in Gloucestershire and a Savi's Warbler at Levington Creek in Suffolk.

Continuing rarities today included Stejneger's Scoter in Fife, White-winged Scoters in Fife (2) and Lothian, King Eider in Shetland, Blue-winged Teals in County Clare (2), Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, Forster's Tern in Dorset, Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk (2), Iberian Chiffchaff in Suffolk and County Durham, Hume's Warbler in Suffolk and Dusky Warbler in Cornwall.

Other news from yesterday was of an Subalpine Warbler species at Pendeen in Cornwall.
