  The new rarity today was a Red-rumped Swallow at Long Strand, County Cork.

Rarities included Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Lesser Scaups in Northamptonshire and Essex, Hume's Warblers in Warwickshire and Suffolk, Ferruginous Duck in County Tyrone, Ross's Gull in Cornwall, Pacific Divers in Cornwall, Stejneger's Scoter in Fife, Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus, and a White-winged Scoter in Lothian.
