  Discoveries today included an Isabelline Shrike species on the Isles of Scilly at St Martin's, Citrine Wagtail in Shetland at Lerwick, Mainland, and a Blyth's Reed Warbler on the Isle of May, Fife.

Nearctic shorebirds comprised the Western Sandpiper still in Ayrshire, Baird's Sandpiper in Western Isles, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Cork, American Golden Plover in East Sussex, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cambridgeshire, Glamorgan, and County Wicklow, and a total of six Pectoral Sandpipers.

Elsewhere continuing rarities comprised Lesser Grey Shrike in Norfolk, Marsh Sandpiper and White-winged Scoter together in Lothian, and Lesser Scaup in Northamptonshire.
