  A Pallas's Grasshopper Warbler was found at Baltasound, Unst, Shetland this afternoon. Other new discoveries included a Lesser Grey Shrike at Winterton, Norfolk, a Red-throated Pipit at Marshside, Merseyside and single Baird's Sandpipers at Coolmain, County Cork and Ormiclate, Western Isles.

Lingering rarities included the Swainson's Thrush and Isabelline Wheatear in Western Isles, Pechora Pipit in County Durham, Brown Shrike in Orkney, Greenish Warbler in Yorkshire, Marsh Sandpiper in Lothian, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cambridgshire, Laughing Gull in County Kerry, Bonaparte's Gull in County Galway, Red-footed Falcon in Kent, Blue-winged Teal in Shetland, Lesser Scaup in County Donegal and Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire.
