  In Cornwall, a Band-rumped Petrel species reportedly flew past Coverack, whilst a Fea's Petrel species flew past Portland Bill in Dorset. Also in Dorset, an Aquatic Warbler was trapped at Wareham. Further north, a Black-winged Pratincole was at Loch Calder, Highland and a Wilson's Phalarope was on the Ythan Estuary, Aberdeenshire, with a Semipalmated Sandpiper at Ballycotton, County Cork, a Baird's Sandpiper at Annagh Beach, County Mayo.

Lingering rarities included Zitting Cisticola and Black Stork in Suffolk, Greenish Warbler in County Donegal, Stilt Sandpiper in County Wicklow, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in County Wexford and Orkney, Lesser Yellowlegs in Carmarthenshire, White-rumped Sandpipers in County Wexford and Northumberland, Laughing Gull in County Kerry, two Lesser Scaups in Staffordshire and Black Kite in Cornwall.
