  New today were a Great Reed Warbler reported in West Yorkshire at Castleford, a Lesser Yellowlegs in Hampshire at Pennington Marshes, and a Black Kite in Cornwall at Trevalgan.

Elsewhere, rarities confirmed as still present were the Least Tern in County Dublin, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Pacific Golden Plover in Cleveland, Little Bittern in Scilly, Great Reed Warblers in both Shetland and East Yorkshire, Iberian Chiffchaff in Fife, Savi's Warbler in Lincolnshire, and Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire.
