The highlight of the day was the discovery of a Collared Pratincole in Lincolnshire at Frampton Marsh, whilst in East Sussex a Caspian Tern was new at Rye Harbour.
Elsewhere, rarities confirmed as still present were the Least Tern in County Dublin, Western Sandpiper in Ayrshire, Pacific Golden Plover in Cleveland, Little Bittern in Scilly, Eastern Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Great Reed Warbler in East Yorkshire, Savi's Warbler in Lincolnshire, Iberian Chiffchaff in Fife, Lesser Yellowlegs in Hampshire, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Londonderry, and Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire. |
