Friday 2nd May 2025  
  An Eastern Subalpine Warbler was on Cape Clear, County Cork, and single Subalpine Warbler species were found on The Lizard in Cornwall and on Tresco, Isles of Scilly. Two Lesser Yellowlegs were found in Yorkshire, one at Nosterfield and one at Filey, and a Black Kite flew over Pagham, Sussex. A small arrival of Red-footed Falcons included five at Carlton Marshes and one at Landguard, both Suffolk, two at Ouse Fen, Cambridgeshire and one at Firsby, Lincolnshire.

Lingering rarities included the Little Bittern in Scilly, Great Reed Warbler and Spotted Sandpiper in Cambridgeshire, Savi's Warbler and Black Kite in Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Cork, White-winged Scoters in Lothian and Fife and Blue-winged Teal in London.
