| Rarities today comprised the Booted Eagle still in Cornwall, American Coot, Bufflehead, and Ross's Goose all still in Shetland, White-winged Scoters in both Fife and Lothian, American Pipit in Northumberland, Least Sandpiper and Kentish Plover in Somerset, Pallid Harriers in Norfolk and Pembrokeshire, Long-billed Dowitchers in Devon and County Wexford, Ferruginous Duck in London, and Lesser Scaups in Derbyshire, Dorset, and County Westmeath. | ||
