  The first Fea's Petrel species of the season was seen off Porthgwarra, Cornwall this evening, with another Scopoli's Shearwater off the Scilly pelagic, along with a record breaking 105+ Wilson's Petrels. New White-rumped Sandpipers were at Portrane, County Dublin and Lady's Island Lake, County Wexford, with a Semipalmated Sandpiper identified at Church Norton, Sussex, which was present for its second day.

Lingering rarities included the Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Ferruginous Duck in Buckinghamshire, Baird's Sandpiper in Gwent, two White-rumped Sandpipers in Norfolk and another in County Wexford, American Black Tern in Northumberland and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent.

Late news from yesterday concerned a South Polar Skua which flew past Bridges of Ross, County Clare.
