  New rarities today included Fea's Petrel species off both The Mullet in County Mayo, and Pendeen in Cornwall, and a Spotted Sandpiper on St Mary's, Scilly.

Lingering rarities included Ferruginous Ducks in Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire, three White-rumped Sandpipers in Norfolk and another in East Yorkshire, American Golden Plovers in Orkney and East Yorkshire, Alpine Swift in Western Isles, Red-necked Stint, and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent.
