| Discoveries today included late news of a Pallid Harrier at East Coast NR in County Wicklow, White-billed Diver that flew north past Whitburn in County Durham, and later St.Mary's Island in Northumberland, Red-rumped Swallow at Formby Point in Merseyside, two Gull-billed Terns at Orosay in Western Isles, Iberian Chiffchaff at Ken Hill in Norfolk, and Bee-eater in Hermon in Anglesey.
Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Slate-coloured Junco in Cleveland, Red-rumped Swallow in Kent, Black Kite on Scilly, Ferruginous Duck in Kent, Savi's Warbler in East Yorkshire, Marsh Sandpiper in Hampshire, Savi's Warbler in East Yorkshire, Red-breasted Goose and Black-winged Stilt together in Lincolnshire, Long-billed Dowitcher in Norfolk, White-billed Divers in Moray and Aberdeenshire, and Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and County Louth (2). |
