  An Alpine Swift was found in West Sussex at Southbourne, Double-crested Cormorant in County Sligo at Colgagh Lough, and Bonaparte's Gull in Carmarthenshire at Sandy Water Park.

Lingering rarities included the Slate-coloured Junco in Dorset, Myrtle Warbler in Ayrshire, Ferruginous Duck in Cheshire, Lesser Scaups in County Armagh and Glamorgan, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wicklow and Norfolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire, County Louth, and East Yorkshire, and Forster's Tern in Dorset.
