	An American Robin was discovered on Dursey Island, County Cork late morning, the first record for Ireland since 1983. Lingering rarities included the Cape May Warbler in Scilly, Canvasback in Essex, Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Ferruginous Duck in Dorset, Kentish Plover in Somerset, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lincolnshire and Pallid Harrier and Pallid Swift in Norfolk.
