| A Canvasback was discovered in Essex today, at Abberton Reservoir where it showed from Gwen's Hide, Bonaparte's Gull and Dusky Warbler also in Essex at Goldhanger and The Naze respectively, a Penduline Tit was found in Norfolk at How Hill NR, a Pallid Harrier at Happisburgh, as well as a Pallid Swift also in Norfolk, a Lesser Scaup in County Antrim at Portmore Lough.
Lingering rarities still present included the Cape May Warbler on Scilly, Penduline Tit in Hertfordshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in East Yorkshire, Little Crake in Buckinghamshire, Bufflehead Lesser Scaup in County Antrim, Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Ferruginous Ducks in Cambridgeshire, Red-breasted Geese in Northumberland, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Long-billed Dowitcher in East Sussex, White-rumped Sandpiper in Gloucestershire and Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk. |
