New today was a Lesser Scaup identified in Surrey at Staines Reservoir.

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the White-winged Scoter and Hooded Merganser in County Mayo, Greater Yellowlegs in County Waterford, Baikal Teal in Powys, Pallid Harrier, Hume's Warbler, Long-billed Dowitcher, and three Ferruginous Ducks in Norfolk, Hume's Warbler in Kent, Kentish Plover and Lesser Scaup in Somerset, and three Penduline Tits together in County Cork.

Scarcities included Common Rosefinch (Dorset), Rose-coloured Starling (Somerset), Sabine's Gull (Hampshire), Surf Scoter (Conwy), Black Brant (East Yorkshire), two each of Ring-billed Gull, American Wigeon, Ring-necked Duck, and Green-winged Teal, seven Glossy Ibises, 16 Shorelarks, and a total of 54 Waxwings.
