| Lingering rarities present today included the Rustic Bunting in Surrey, single Dusky Warblers in Kent, Devon, Cornwall and Scilly, Ferruginous Duck in Leicestershire and Lesser Yellowlegs in Yorkshire.
Scarcity highlights included a Little Bunting, a Great Grey Shrike, a Rose-coloured Starling, two Waxwings, three Yellow-browed Warblers, a Rough-legged Buzzard, six Glossy Ibises, three Pomarine Skuas, an American Wigeon, five Ring-necked Ducks, a Black Brant, 37 Tundra Bean Geese, a Ring-billed Gull, a Kumlien's Gull, seven Glaucous Gulls and 12 Iceland Gulls. |
