A White-rumped Sandpiper in Co Antrim was today's most significant new discovery, whilst Red-footed Falcon (Staffordshire), Paddyfield Warbler (Shetland), Lesser Scaup (Somerset), Little Bittern (South Yorkshire) and Hudsonian Whimbrel (West Sussex) all lingered. The best of the rest included Rose-coloured Starling (Western Isles), Temminck's Stint (Gwent), two Red-backed Shrikes and three Pectoral Sandpipers.
