| Rarities today comrpised the Paddyfield Warbler still on the Shetland Isles,
Little Bittern in South Yorkshire, Red-footed Falcon in Staffordshire,
White-rumped Sandpiper in County Antrim, and Lesser Scaup in Somerset. Scarcities included three Red-backed Shrikes (Fife, Hampshire and Oxfordshire), Temminck's Stint (still in Gwent), Pectoral Sandpiper (new in Nottinghamshire), and Ring-billed Gull (County Kerry). |
