| Long staying rarities still present today included the Harlequin Duck
in Highland, two Penduline Tits in Devon, Laughing Gull in Wirral,
Bonaparte's Gull in Dorset, Lesser Yellowlegs in County Dublin,
White-billed Diver in Aberdeenshire and Lesser Scaup in Glamorgan.
Scarcity highlights involved three Night Herons on St Mary's, Isles of Scilly, Little Bunting in Glamorgan, single American Wigeons in Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire and White-tailed Eagle in County Durham. |
