  Today's rarities included Bonaparte's Gulls in Glamorgan and Dorset, Lesser Scaup in Glamorgan, Black Duck in Isles of Scilly, Laughing Gull in Wirral and two Penduline Tits in Devon.

The best of the rest included two Cattle Egrets (Kent), Little Bunting (Glamorgan), Waxwing (North Yorkshire), Glossy Ibis (Nottinghamshire), American Wigeon (Nottinghamshire) and White-tailed Eagle (Co Durham).
