  Lingering rarities logged today included both American Buff-bellied Pipits in Berkshire, Desert Wheatear at Rattray Head, Aberdeenshire, Black-bellied Dipper in Thetford, Norfolk, Wester Subalpine Warbler in St Just, Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in Ernesettle Creek, Devon, King Eider on Whalsay, Shetland, Red-breasted Goose on Islay, Argyll and single Lesser Scaups at Colliford Lake, Cornwall and Blagdon Lake, Somerset.

Scarcity highlights included a Pallas's Warbler, a Richard's Pipit, a Little Auk, a Kumlien's Gull, a Ring-necked Duck, a Surf Scoter, two Rough-legged Buzzards, two Ring-billed Gulls and three Green-winged Teals.
