  Todays new rarity was a Baird's Sandpiper at Ardnahinch in County Cork.

Continuing rarities today consisted of Ferruginous Duck in Oxfordshire, Solitary Sandpiper on Scilly, Hudsonian Godwit in Suffolk/Essex, Long-billed Dowitcher on Orkney, American Black Tern in Shetland, Bonaparte's Gull in Hampshire, Baird's Sandpipers in Glamorgan, Western Isles and County Donegal, Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Kerry, Black Stork in Suffolk, Black-winged Kite in Norfolk, Pallid Harrier in Shetland, Long-tailed Shrike in Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire and Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk (2).
