  The highlight of the day was Barolo Shearwaters passing Bridges of Ross, County Clare, and Fife Ness, Fife, a Western Bonelli's Warbler in Scilly on Bryher, an Arctic Warbler in Shetland on Foula, and in East Yorkshire a Pallid Harrier at Easington and a Greenish Warbler at Spurn.

Continuing rarities confirmed as still present were the Long-tailed Shrike along the Gloucestershire/ Oxfordshire border, Black-winged Kite in Norfolk, Hudsonian Godwit, White-rumped Sandpiper, and two Zitting Cisticolas in Suffolk, White-throated Sparrow in Fife, Pacific Diver in Highland, Western Subalpine Warbler and Pallid Harrier in Shetland, Baird's Sandpiper in Pembrokeshire, Spotted Sandpiper in County Dublin, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Wexford, and Ferruginous Duck in Oxfordshire.

Significant late news for yesterday concerned a Scopoli's Shearwater at sea off Scilly.
