	The highlight of the day was the reappearance of the Blue-cheeked Bee-eater in Orkney on Sanday. Two Black Storks migrated southwest through Cornwall, and Bonaparte's Gulls were new in Aberdeenshire at Whinnyfold and Gloucestershire at Severn Beach, whilst the long-stayer remained in Kent. Continuing rarities confirmed as still present were the Long-tailed Shrike along the Gloucestershire/Oxfordshire border, Hudsonian Godwit between Essex and Suffolk, three White-winged Scoters together in Lothian, Pacific Golden Plover in Lincolnshire, Western Subalpine Warbler in Shetland, Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Wexford, and White-rumped Sandpipers in County Cork, County Wexford, and East Yorkshire (2).
