| The new rarity today was a Bonaparte's Gull at Oare Marshes in Kent.
Rarities included a Western Reef Heron in Pembrokeshire, a Caspian Tern in Kent, an Alpine Swift in Shetland, a White-rumped Sandpiper in Aberdeenshire, a Bonaparte's Gull also in Aberdeenshire, a Semipalmated Sandpiper in Orkney, a Lesser Scaup in Fife, an American Black Tern in Northumberland, a Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire, and a Black-winged Kite in Norfolk. |
