| Discoveries today included Spotted Sandpiper in Warwickshire at Earlswood Lakes, Kentish Plover in Leicestershire at Rutland Water, Red-throated Pipit in Devon on Lundy, and a Little Bittern reported at Ham Wall, Somerset Continuing rarities comprised the Black-winged Kite still in Norfolk, two White-winged Scoters and Black Scoter together in Fife, American Black Tern in Northumberland, Red-footed Falcons in both Dorset and East Yorkshire, Bonaparte's Gull in Staffordshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in the Western Isles, Lesser Scaup in Buckinghamshire, and Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire. |
