  The new rarity today was a Bonaparte's Gull at Pullar's Loch, Shetland.

Rarities included Lesser Scaups in Somerset, Worcestershire, Essex and County Wexford, King Eider in Highland, Lesser Yellowlegs in Denbighshire and Cornwall, Northern Harrier in County Wexford, Dusky Warbler in Cornwall, Bonaparte's Gulls in Cornwall and Devon, Stejneger's Scoter in Fife, and Red-breasted Goose in Argyll.
