  The new rarity today was a Bonaparte's Gull in County Mayo.

Rarities included Redhead in County Kerry, Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Bufflehead in Anglesey, Lesser Scaups in Cornwall and County Kerry, Hume's Warbler in Suffolk, Ferruginous Duck in Hertfordshire, Black Kite in Orkney, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, Red-flanked Bluetail in Kent, Lesser Yellowlegs in Denbighshire, and Dusky Warbler in Cornwall.
