  A Lesser Scaup was found at Newtownards, County Down.

Lingering rarities included the Black-winged Kite, Eastern Black Redstart and Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk, Red-flanked Bluetail in Kent, three Penduline Tits in Gloucestershire, Harlequin Duck and two Richardson's Cackling Geese in County Donegal, Black Scoter and King Eider in Highland, another King Eider in Shetland, Lesser Scaups in Cornwall (two), Surrey, Essex and Shropshire, Red-breasted Goose in Essex, Pacific Diver in Cornwall, Kentish Plover in Somerset, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Denbighshire and Long-billed Dowitcher in Angus.
