  Rarities today included Ross's Goose in Perth and Kinross, King Eiders in Highland and Shetland, Black Scoter in Highland, two Pacific Divers in Cornwall, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and Denbighshire, Black-winged Kite in Norfolk, Pallid Harrier in Glamorgan, Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk, three Penduline Tits in Gloucestershire, Bufflehead in County Kerry, Ferruginous Duck in Norfolk, Double-crested Cormorant in County Leitrim, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Red-breasted Geese in Essex and Argyll, and Lesser Scaups in County Cork, Leicestershire, Shropshire and Essex.
