| Lingering rarities seen today included the Black-winged Kite, Hume's Warbler and Eastern Black Redstart in Norfolk (with another of the latter in Yorkshire), Dusky Warbler in County Waterford, two Penduline Tits in Gloucestershire, Harlequin Duck in County Donegal, Bufflehead in County Kerry, Black Scoter and King Eider in Highland, Lesser Scaups in Cornwall (two), Surrey and Perth and Kinross, Cackling Goose in County Mayo, Pallid Harriers in Glamorgan and Pembrokeshire, Spotted Sandpiper in County Waterford, Kentish Plover in Somerset and Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall. | ||
