  Rarities today comprised Scops Owl and Pallid Harrier both still in Glamorgan, Lesser Crested Tern and Desert Wheatear still in Devon, Harlequin Duck and two Richardson's Cackling Geese in County Donegal, White-winged Scoters in both Fife and Lothian, a Blue-winged Teal reported briefly in the West Midlands at Sandwell Valley, Spotted Sandpiper and Dusky Warbler in County Waterford, Hume's Warbler in Norfolk, Eastern Black Redstart in North Yorkshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall, Lesser Scaup in Leicestershire, and Ferruginous Duck in Lincolnshire.
