  New rarities today were a Dusky Warbler at Seaton, Kent; and a White-rumped Sandpiper at Titchwell, Norfolk.

Continuing rarities included a Baikal Teal in Dorset; Desert Wheatear in Dorset; Dusky Warblers in Kent and Scilly; Harlequin Duck in County Donegal; Hume's Warblers in Kent and Norfolk; Kentish Plover in Somerset; Killdeer in County Wexford; King Eider in Shetland; Lesser Scaups in Cornwall, County Antrim, Essex, Leicestershire, and Surrey; Lesser Yellowlegs in Cornwall and County Antrim; two Northern Harriers in County Wexford; Red-breasted Goose in Essex; Semipalmated Sandpiper in County Clare; and White-rumped Sandpiper in County Wexford.
