  Mega highlights consisted of a Pine Bunting at St. Aldhelm's Head, Dorset.

New rarities included Spotted Sandpiper at Ballynagaul, Co. Waterford; Dusky Warblers at Tresco and St. Mary's, Scilly; and Pallid Swift at North Foreland, Kent.

Continuing rarities included Baikal Teal in Dorset; Bonaparte's Gull in Co. Galway; Daurian Shrike in Co. Wexford; Dusky Warblers in Norfolk, Leicestershire, East Yorkshire, and Scilly; Isabelline Shrike in Suffolk; Kentish Plover in Somerset; Lesser Scaups in Essex, Leicestershire, and Co. Wexford; Northern Harrier in Co. Wexford; Olive-backed Pipit in Cleveland; Pacific Diver in Co. Cork; Pallid Harrier in Carmarthenshire; Pallid Swift in Kent; Penduline Tit in Gloucestershire; and White-winged Scoter in Co. Kerry.
