	A Black-winged Kite at Hickling Broad NWT in Norfolk was the standout bird of the day. New rarities of the day included Greenish Warblers at Ulrome and Flamborough Head in East Yorkshire, and a Hooded Merganser at King George V Reservoir in London. Continuing rarities included a Marsh Sandpiper at Musselburgh in Lothian, Lesser Scaups at Belvide Reservoir in Staffordshire, a Western Sandpiper at Maidens in Ayrshire, a Baird's Sandpiper at Loch Paible on North Uist, a Lesser Yellowlegs at Kidwelly Quay in Carmarthenshire, a Zitting Cisticola at Walberswick in Suffolk, and a Bonaparte's Gull at Oare Marshes in Kent.
