  A Fea's Petrel flying past Pendeen Watch in Cornwall at 2.30pm was the new rarity of the day.

Continuing rarities included a singing Zitting Cisticola at Walberswick in Suffolk, a rare vagrant, a Laughing Gull at Trabeg in County Kerry, a Black Stork at Boyton Marshes RSPB in Suffolk, Lesser Yellowlegs in Lancashire and Hampshire, a Bonaparte's Gull at Oare Marshes in Kent, Lesser Scaups at Belvide Reservoir in Staffordshire, Ferruginous Duck in Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire, and an Azorean Yellow-legged Gull at Annagh Marsh in County Mayo.
