A Ferruginous Duck was found at Shawell in Leicestershire this morning, with another Ferruginous Duck still remaining at Draycote Water in Warwickshire.
The Song Sparrow was still singing in a garden on Tory Island, County Donegal, the Western Sandpiper continued its stay at Maidens Harbour in Ayrshire and the Collared Pratincole remained a popular attraction at Frampton in Lincolnshire. Elsewhere, lingering rarities included the Blyth's Reed Warbler in Borders, Savi's Warbler in Lincolnshire, Great Reed Warblers in Yorkshire and Shetland and Least Tern in County Dublin. |
