	The highlight of the day was the discovery of a White-throated Sparrow in Shetland at Sumburgh Head, Mainland, whilst in Nottinghamshire a Ferruginous Duck was new at Holme Pierrepont. Elsewhere continuing rarities confirmed as still present were the Song Sparrow in County Donegal, Least Tern in County Dublin, Black-winged Pratincole in Shetland, Collared Pratincole and Savi's Warbler in Lincolnshire, Pacific Golden Plover in Cleveland, Great Reed Warbler in East Yorkshire, American Black Tern in Northumberland, and Ferruginous Duck in Warwickshire.
