Tuesday 3rd June 2025
The highlight of the day was the discovery of the first Blyth's Reed Warbler of the spring in Devon at Berry Head.

In Shetland the Eyebrowed Thrush remained on Yell but there was no sign of the Pallas's Reed Bunting on Fair Isle. Elsewhere, continuing rarities comprised the Western Sandpiper still in Ayrshire, Whiskered Tern in Cornwall, territorial Great Reed Warbler in Cambridgeshire, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Louth, and American Black Tern in Northumberland.

In Aberdeenshire the reported Pacific Golden Plover was still present on the Ythan Estuary but was reidentified as an American Golden Plover.
