  Discoveries today included a Western Subalpine Warbler in Lincolnshire at Gibraltar Point, Savi's Warbler in Cornwall at Marazion Marsh, Red-throated Pipit in Somerset at Brean Down, Pallid Harrier in West Yorkshire at Walshaw Dean Reservoirs, Ferruginous Duck in Nottinghamshire at Holme Pierrepont, two Red-rumped Swallows together on the Isles of Scilly on St Mary's, and now two White-winged Scoters together in Fife at Leven.

Continuing rarities comprised the American Coot still in Shetland, Forster's Tern in Dorset, White-winged Scoter in Lothian, Least Sandpiper in West Sussex, two Pacific Divers together in County Mayo, Whiskered Tern in Somerset, Bonaparte's Gull in Conwy, Black Kite in Kent, Long-billed Dowitcher in County Wexford, Ferruginous Ducks in Shropshire and Warwickshire (2), and Lesser Scaups in Dorset, Essex (2), and Somerset (2).
