| The new rarity today was the discovery of a Black Kite in Cornwall at Crowlas.
Lingering rarities seen included the Booted Eagle in Cornwall, Pallid Harriers in Pembrokeshire and Norfolk, Black-throated Thrush in Hampshire, Eastern Yellow Wagtail in Lincolnshire, Least Sandpiper in Somerset, Pacific Diver in County Cork, Bufflehead, White-winged Scoters in Lothian(two) and Fife, Ferruginous Ducks in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, Lesser Scaups in County Cork, Essex, Western Isles, and County Wexford(two), Black Duck in County Mayo, and Red-breasted Goose in Argyll. |
