  Discoveries today included a Bonaparte's Gull in Cornwall at Penzance, a Lesser Scaup in Highland at Mellon Udrigle, Dusky Warbler in Western Isles at Benbecula, a Dusky Warbler in East Yorkshire at Bempton, and in Lincolnshire, a Ferruginous Duck at Tallington, Lincolnshire.

Continuing rarities confirmed as still present were the White-winged Scoter in Lothian, Desert Wheatear in East Sussex, Eastern Stonechat species in Suffolk, Bonaparte's Gull in Highland, Hume's Warbler in East Yorkshire, Pallid Harriers in Devon and Norfolk, Long-billed Dowitchers in Devon, Orkney, and Norfolk, White-rumped Sandpipers in Devon, County Derry(3), Western Isles(4), Ferruginous Ducks in London and Warwickshire, and Lesser Scaups in Fife, Staffordshire, and Devon.
