	New discoveries today included a Baird's Sandpiper at Carne, County Wexford, a Lesser Yellowlegs at Pilning Wetland, Gloucestershire, a Black-winged Stilt at Exminster Marshes, Devon and a White-billed Diver off Whitburn, County Durham, whilst the Forster's Tern returned to Poole Harbour, Dorset. Lingering rarities included the Pale-legged Leaf Warbler, Arctic Warbler and Pallid Harrier in Yorkshire, Pechora Pipit and an Eastern Stonechat species in Shetland, Brown Shrike in Orkney, two Northern Harriers in County Wexford, Spotted Sandpiper in Fife, Baird's Sandpipers in County Wexford and County Donegal, Canvasback in Essex and Lesser Scaup in Staffordshire.
