| New discoveries today included a Semipalmated Sandpiper at Owenahincha, County Cork, a Lesser Yellowlegs on Benbecula, Western Isles and a Citrine Wagtail at Spurn, Yorkshire.
Lingering rarities included the Hudsonian Godwit in Cheshire, Semipalmated Sandpipers in Sussex and Cornwall, White-rumped Sandpipers in Yorkshire and Moray, Lesser Yellowlegs in Northamptonshire, Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Canvasback in Essex, Lesser Scaup in Staffordshire, Citrine Wagtail in Shetland, Alpine Swift in Western Isles, Black Kite in County Wexford, Caspian Tern in Yorkshire and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent. |
