  A Citrine Wagtail was found on Fair Isle, Shetland, and a White-rumped Sandpiper was at Spey Bay, Moray.

Lingering rarities included the Stejneger's Scoter in Lothian, Canvasback in Essex, Blue-winged Teal in Yorkshire, Semipalmated Sandpiper in Sussex, Baird's Sandpiper in Lothian, White-rumped Sandpiper in County Wexford, Lesser Yellowlegs in Northamptonshire, Lesser Grey Shrike in Shetland, Alpine Swift in Western Isles, Caspian Tern in Yorkshire and Bonaparte's Gull in Kent.
