New rarity of the day was a Red-rumped Swallow on the Isle of Wight

Lingering rarities included the 3 Great Snipe on Fair Isle which have been trapped and ringed, Citrine Wagtails in Shetland and Dorset, Western Bonelli’s Warbler in Shetland and Scilly and Pied-billed Grebe still in Argyll.
