  The highlight of the day was a Pacific Golden Plover in County Wexford that joined an American Golden Plover at Tacumshin.

Lingering rarities confirmed as still present were the Turkestan Shrike and Black-browed Albatross together in East Yorkshire, Elegant Tern in County Wexford, Broad-billed Sandpiper on the Shetland Isles, American Black Tern in Northumberland, Iberian Chiffchaff in London, five Bee-eaters together in Norfolk, and the family of six Black-winged Stilts in South Yorkshire.

Scarcities included Sabine's Gull (Lancashire), Night Heron (Norfolk), Rose-coloured Starling and Glaucous Gull (Highland), and a total of 10 Glossy Ibises.
