| New discoveries today included a Lesser Yellowlegs at Rosscarbery, County Cork and a Ferruginous Duck at Staveley YWT, Yorkshire.
Lingering rarities included the Belted Kingfisher in Lancashire, Black-browed Albatross in Yorkshire, Double-crested Cormorant in County Leitrim, Hume's Warbler in Sussex, Dusky Warblers in London and Norfolk, Spanish Wagtail in Scilly, Pacific Golden Plover in Suffolk, Black-winged Stilt in Carmarthenshire, Lesser Yellowlegs in Suffolk and County Wexford, Blue-winged Teal in Cambridgeshire, Black Duck and Azorean Yellow-legged Gull in County Mayo, King Eiders in Lothian and Highland, Lesser Scaups in Somerset, Clyde (two) and Western Isles (two), Red-breasted Goose in Norfolk and White-billed Divers in Moray (four) and Aberdeenshire (three). |
